The notary Olivier Dubuisson was named in the titular capacity as notary on September 10, 1991 and took the notary Georges Moulin's office, located on rue Américaine, over the period of 20 years.

Since August 1, 2009 he has been joined to the notaries Brouwers, Otte and Van Beneden on avenue de la couronne under the denomination " NOTALEX"
